It would happen while going slow/stopped and when I would cruise down the highway sometimes. I decided to go ahead and replace both the radiator and the clutch fan at the same time.

The BPD aluminum end tanks can be crimped back on by any radiator shop, but the welded tanks would need to be cut off/rewelded making the welded tank radiator a throw away deal due to labor cost.
