I didnt use hollow structural steel for the body, I used 1/4 inch wall 6061-T6 aluminum hollow square for both the rigid part and the slidey parts. Also I used a 40 pound air spring for tension. I have a lathe so I cut my own wheels, and I tig welded the base together.
